TASTE: The taste is vertical and harmonious, with noticeable fruity notes of white peach, currant and blueberry, supported by an elegant spiciness and a long aftertaste in the finish.

Ideal as an aperitif with medium-aged cheeses and cold meats. With stuffed pasta served with vegetable and fish sauces.
