CHARACTERISTICS:

Ruby red color with an elegant brightness and transparency. Nose with cherry, followed by pleasant notes of dog rose and karkadè. Palate entry is pleasantly soft, with excellent balance between softness and freshness. Dry with a cherry note appearing early, followed by red currants, finishing with a nice clean palate. Due to its elegance and light body, the persistence is surprising.

Pairs well with beef tartare, ravioli with courtyard white ragù, and main courses such as guinea fowl or rabbit.
