OLFACTORY: Intense and complex aroma, rich in mineral and floral notes. Pleasant hint of gunpowder and licorice, with citrus undertones complemented by a subtle note of bread crust and a slight vanilla scent.

TASTE: The taste highlights a strong mineral note from the soil, well-balanced by a great structure that provides the palate with a dry, fresh, elegant, salty, and enveloping flavor. Very persistent aftertaste, with excellent acidity that cleanses the palate. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.

Excellent as an aperitif, pairs well with seafood crudités.
