NOSE: Pleasant aromas of sweet red fruits such as cherry and strawberry. Spicy notes of vanilla and pepper.

TASTE: A lively, full-bodied, soft and rounded wine. It immediately evokes a feeling of softness and durability, it is an enveloping and non-aggressive wine.
It leaves a clean palate and leads to a long and lasting finish reminiscent of the tannic flavour characteristic of Montepulciano wine.
Ageing in wood gives it a special complexity.

This wine is very versatile and goes perfectly with red meat dishes such as pork, lamb and rabbit, both richly structured and simpler ones. We recommend: cotechino with lentils or straccetti with rocket.
First courses with red sauce or pizza. We recommend: tagliatelle with ragù.
