CHARACTERISTICS:

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Aromas reminiscent of ripe yellow fleshed fruits, spices, and a final touch of toasted almond. Dry, smooth, and very persistent taste.

This native wine perfectly pairs with all types of cured meats, especially prosciutto crudo. Also complements first courses with fish, grilled white meats, and young raw milk cheeses.
