This is an excellent Sardinian red wine, made entirely from Cannonau. It has an extremely rich aroma, with well-defined red fruits, especially blackberry and cherry, with hints of spice. Its perfectly balanced taste, thanks to its extraordinary acidity, perfectly counterbalances its high alcohol content. This delicate and fruity drink, with notes of cherry and blackberry, tobacco, and black pepper in the finish, delights with its intense ruby red color with violet reflections.

Indolente Cannonau is a perfect wine to enjoy with a platter of aged cheeses and cured meats, but also with red meats and game.
