CHARACTERISTICS:

Pale straw with greenish undertones. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense aromas of white flowers, acacia, fresh fruit, elegant and refined. Presa di Spuma in autoclave (Charmat method) with controlled fermentation at approximately 14°C.
