NOSE: A complex bouquet combining white and yellow flowers, apples, followed by notes of banana and exotic fruits.
TASTE: A balanced flavour, full-bodied, with excellent structure and the characteristic acidity of this grape variety, which gives it freshness. Late harvesting and a blend, part of which was left to age longer, guarantee a strong impression from the very first sip, giving the wine a special complexity. Aromatic, long-lasting after taste of yellow fruit.
Ideal for seafood and fish dishes, excellent when baked in the oven. We suggest: monkfish with potatoes
